Comes in the original AEM black presentation box with foam.
NEW — open box. Never installed. Missing 1 titanium 12-point nut (honest disclosure; see photos of the silver flange). All other hardware, the 38T sprocket, flange, carrier, and 5 cush drive pucks are present as pictured.
Aftermarket AEM Factory — NOT genuine Ducati OEM. Component family matches AEM Cinque Fori / 5-hole small-hub setup (carrier ~DU039, 5-hole sprocket ~DUSPR5, 848-specific flange ~SPIN 848 / DU063). No single factory kit MPN on the box; do not treat as OEM.
Fits Ducati 848 (2008–2010), 848 EVO (2010–2013), and Streetfighter 848 (2012–2015). 5-hole / small-hub only — does NOT fit 1098 / 1198 / Streetfighter 1098 (those use 6-hole Sei Fori) and does NOT fit 2025+ Panigale V4 / SF V4 / V2 double-sided swingarms.
